WordPress and Codeignitier URL conflict?

My root path looks like this:

public_html
  account
    wp-load.php //and other wp files
  application
    model
    view
    controller
  system
  assets

And inside wordpress i set that site url is root and inside root .htaccess wordpress rewrite. So i have url conflict between wordpress and codeignitier where wordpress wins.
Inside CI controller i have some classes what i need to use, as Historic for example. So when i run

mysite.com/historic/getcsv

it redirects me to wordpress and say Not Found.

How i can solve this?

My .htaccess is this:

<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^system.*
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php?/$1 [L]

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^LoginTut.*
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php?/$1 [L]

RewriteCond $1 !^(index.php|images|table-images|js|robots.txt|css|captcha)

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php?$1 [L]

</IfModule>
<IfModule !mod_rewrite.c>
 ErrorDocument 404 index.php
</IfModule>

# BEGIN WordPress
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /account/
RewriteRule ^index.php$ - [L]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . /account/index.php [L]
</IfModule>

# END WordPress

Inside root index.php what is index.php for CI i have:

require_once 'account/wp-blog-header.php';

define('ENVIRONMENT', isset($_SERVER['CI_ENV']) ? $_SERVER['CI_ENV'] : 'development');

/*

 * Normally you will set your default controller in the routes.php file.
 * You can, however, force a custom routing by hard-coding a

 *
 * IMPORTANT: If you set the routing here, NO OTHER controller will be

 * to call functions dynamically via the URI.
