Almost all divs say wpl but can’t find which plugin is.
For example, #wpl-likebox.

I’ve used it for other sites in the 5 star rating mode but I haven’t try the single star/like mode.
You can install Disqus for your comment system and it has a built in like button similar to that.
I think it is this plugin: Gravatar Like.
I found it on several blogs so it can’t be a custom one
