I have been trying to run codeigniter inside a worpress folder. Currently the htaccess for is in mode where url rewriting is like domain/year/month.
Is there a way to a prevent url rewriting for a paticular folder using .htaccess
Current wordpress htaccess code is as below:
AddOutputFilterByType DEFLATE text/html text/plain text/xml
# BEGIN WordPress
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
</IfModule>
# END WordPress
# BEGIN WPSuperCache
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
AddDefaultCharset UTF-8

Will add a condition to check that the following aren’t present. So in this example,
myFolder
andotherFolder
will not be subject to the rewrite.You can add additional folders by appending a pipe
|
and the folder name. You can also omit filenames but you need to escape the period e.g.index.html
You should be able to add this condition before each of the WP
RewriteRule
s to disable the WP rewrite for your CI folder:Alternatively, you can just add this at the top of the WP
