The delicious crispy potato snack with a kick – Techdismis

We love potatoes and I include them in my curries,
snack and cutlets or hamburger patties. A die
the dishes we absolutely adore are the cajun potatoes.
A side dish / snack or a starter for Friday evenings or
parties, it’s so easy, quick and easy to do, and
even kids love to snack on these delicious potatoes
bites.
Since the potatoes can be stored for a long time

Cajun potatoes
Ingredients
A bag of baby potatoes (or use as needed)
2-3 tablespoons olive oil or use an unflavored oil
Cajun spice blend
1 teaspoon of dried parsley
1 teaspoon of chili flakes
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt as needed
Creamy chilli mayo sauce
2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise (vegans can use Vegan
1 to 2 teaspoons of chili sauce, as needed
1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup
Instructions
Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly until they are cleaned.
O all the dirt and boil until 3/4. Boil the potatoes
in an open pan so that you can keep control over the
sweetness. We don’t want boiled / soft potatoes.
Avoid boiling in the pressure cooker.
Once the potatoes are 3/4 cooked and cooled, press
each dish of potatoes using a potato masher.
Prepare the seasoning. In a bowl, mix the olive oil,
parsley, garlic powder, red hot sauce, red hot sauce
and salt. Coat the mashed potatoes with the
seasoning.
Bake the potatoes in an oven preheated to 375 ° F /
200 ° C for 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes are
crisp.
Prepare the chili mayo sauce by mixing the mayonnaise,
curd, sour cream, red pepper sauce, tomato
ketchup and chili flakes
